What courier or service do you use to post your item?

We use MyHemes as our main courier for UK postage. We use Royal mail as our alternative courier for UK postage.

Do you post outside UK?

Currently we do not post outside of the UK

How much dose the postage cost?

We offer free UK delivery for all UK customers.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

For UK Customer it may take 2-7 days to arrive, the delivery date is dependent on courier schedules.

Can you send it to my work place?

Yes, you can send your order to anywhere you like. if you would like your
order send it to another address different from your billing address,
you can choose delivery address in the check out page and insert the
address that you would like you order to be delivered.

I have not yet receive my item?

If you are a UK customer and you have not receive your item within 14
days, please fill in the contact form. Our Customer service team will
contact you will get in touch with you in within 24 hours for rearrange
delivery.

I have given a wrong mailing address?

Unfortunately, we can not and will not resend or refund if you have provide an incorrect address.
Therefore, we advise our customer to confirm and given correct
information before confirming the order.
